Esin is a patient who was brought to St. Pete’s ER by private car. Upon first encounter, she appears to be complacent and unresponsive. Her step-father (NAME) marks that she has been dissociating often. She is directed to a monitoring room.
Evaluations by visiting counselor:
SUICIDAL IDEATION (she is not to be given sharp objects or any medication that is not monitored.)
PARANOIA (she is not to be given food unless she asks for it.)
PSYCHOSIS/NEUROSIS[to be monitored] (she has stated that she does not have intention on hurting anyone, but she expresses delusion and obsessive violeny thoughts.) She expresses intense concern about her situation. She is to be kept voluntarily under medical care for fourteen days. “ Tbc
